BOGENSBERGER Patent- & Markenbuero is a patent law firm having its place of business in the city of Schaan in the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Based on our professional qualifications and longstanding experience in the field of IP, particularly regarding issues relating to patents of invention, utility models, trademarks and designs or design patents we may represent our clients before the Liechtenstein Authorities, the Swiss Patent Office, the World Intellectual Porperty Organisation (WIPO) in Geneva, as well as before the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich.

As an internationally oriented patent law firm we cooperate with foreign associates all across the globe via a well established network of patent and trademark professionals. Located in between the offices of WIPO in Geneva and the EPO in Munich we are in a position to quickly move as often as required in order to attend oral hearings or to conduct interviews or to discuss issues of concern with the competent people there.

BOGENSBERGER Patent- & Markenbuero was founded in 2004 by Dr. Burkhard Bogensberger, in order to warrant continous services in the IP sector after retirement by the end of 2003 of Dr. Kurt F. Buechel, our former CEO, founder and mentor.
